What we do

Five things, done properly

Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. That only happens when the roof does not leak, the schedule holds and the price is the price.

Two years of work on the old John S. George building, 2018 to 2019: Retro-R metal roof fitted over the existing warehouse roof with no tear-off, new slab and framing, spray-foam insulation, new electrical, and a full store fit-out with concrete counters, steel display frames welded and cabinetry milled in our own shop, an aluminium-framed aquarium wall and a repaved car park. The job that started the company.

How we work

Our own crews, start to finish

Carpentry, masonry, concrete, steel and roofing stay in house, so your job is never waiting on somebody else’s crew. Here is what that looks like on a roof.

Hammerhead crew stripping old cedar shake on a Harbour Island roof
1. Strip and inspect. The old shake comes off and every rafter and sheet of decking is checked before anything goes back on.
Crew laying Enviroshake over Grace Ice and Water Shield
2. Seal, then shake. Grace Ice & Water Shield over the whole deck, then Enviroshake laid by a certified crew.

3. Finished. A roof that looks like cedar, shrugs off hurricane winds and will not need replacing again for decades.
